Solution

Our clients brief was for a multi screen set-up to deliver branded video rich content in multiple formats. As the audience of 400+ would not completely fill the room drape walls were requested to narrow down the room. To meet the brief of a content rich presentation three 7 metre wide truss rear projection screens formed a backdrop to the main stage, matrix switching facilitated multiple display options across all screens.

 

The stage was built with a central thrust (catwalk) to assist the presenters to connect with the large audience whilst presenting. Rather than black wall drapes our events team suggested white voile drapes down each side of the audience, high brightness projectors rear projected brand logos and imagery to compliment the stage presentations throughout the conference.
