Interactive Touchscreens for Business - Forget about post-it notes and traditional paper-based drawings. Interactive Touch Technology delivers an engaging meeting experience with a key emphasis on efficient collaboration between teams. Present, annotate & collaborate wirelessly using any device, on display sizes from 55” to 86”, in Full-HD or 4k UHD resolution. Once the meeting has finished, notes can be saved to a USB stick, emailed to attendees or saved to the corporate network for retrieval later on. Room Managers – Managing your conference & meeting rooms couldn’t be easier with the right technology in place. With a Room Manager installed outside your meeting space, it’s easy for room users to see upcoming meetings and availability, extend room bookings and even report broken equipment to the room owner or facility manager.
The Room Management system can be booked via your standard calendar software, using your laptop, smartphone or tablet, or by using its touch screen interface. Installation on the corporate server can be as simple as adding a new employee to the network.
Statistics on room usage can also be retrieved from the Room Management System, so you can optimise the use of meeting rooms and equipment by identifying how often each one is being used.

AV Furniture – The corporate environment is quickly embracing the idea of creating a ‘collaborative working environment’, where employees meet to collaborate on current projects, sharing information and ideas in an efficient and engaging way. Integrating AV technology directly into furniture creates a seamless collaborative experience, maximising workplace efficiency and greatly enhancing employee collaboration.
All the required cabling (including the AV, power and data cabling) can be incorporated directly into the furniture design, creating a neat and tidy workspace, along with desktop PC’s and wireless connectivity for Bring Your Own Device scenarios. Nearly all of the furniture options feature the option to install ‘button panel controllers’, allowing users to turn the system on and off, control the volume and switch between different AV inputs with ease. As all of the equipment is integrated into the desk, you’ll also eliminate trip hazards due to ‘trailing cables’, which better adhere to ever more stringent Health & Safety requirements.
Although there are many options available for brand-new furniture, we can also integrate connectivity and control directly into your existing desks if required. However, if you have a ‘cherished’ desk and prefer a non-permanent solution, we can install the cabling and control system without the requirement for cutting and drilling.

Where required, we can create easy to follow, step-by-step instructional guides to ease users into the initial setup and operation of an AV System. Basic steps take the user from initial power on through to operating the system and also feature common troubleshooting tips, so should a user run into difficulty, they can quickly resolve basic issues without needing to ask for assistance.

The Health & Safety of our installers, your colleagues and the public during any installation work is our priority. Our installers hold industry approved H&S accreditations including: CHAS, Safe Contractor, SSTS, PASMA, IPAF, ECS, Asbestos Training and Police NPPV Level 3 clearance. Our ongoing commitment to safe working practice means our team will always work safely and legally whilst on your site. We have public liability insurance for our AV installation and AV system repair work.
Should you require us to remove and dispose of any existing AV equipment or waste ICT electronic equipment, it is collected and disposed of in line with current Waste Electronic Equipment (WEEE) regulations.
